How it works

Choose your instrument
Select from the full Prima Student Series — violin, viola, cello, or double bass — in the size that matches the student. We can advise on sizing if needed.
Set up your rental account
Schools and music services open a trade account. Individual families enquire through your child's teacher or music service. All instruments are dispatched set up and ready to play.
Play and progress
Rent month-to-month or by term. If the student needs a different size as they grow, we arrange a straightforward swap — no penalty, no hassle.
Buy when you're ready
Rental payments made on the same model can be offset against a purchase price, making the step to ownership easy and fair.
